Prayer Request For My Father-In-Law

I come to you today with a prayer request for my family; more specifically for my father-in-law, who has been contending with pancreatic cancer for a count of years, and it has finally progressed to needing treatment.

My father-in-law just learned that he is dealing with an advancing cancer, and I request prayer for him and the medical team that treats him. That God may be gracious and grant sound medical ability, swift intervention and capable methods that produce genuine healing and longevity. I also pray for him as a man who was once a professing Christian, that he may return to Christ and either reconcile with his Lord, or if he has never truly believed, may finally come to saving faith and have life in Jesus' name. And that life may trickle down to his own wife and all of my wife's unbelieving siblings, that they may receive salvation and Heaven as their inheritance and be with Christ and us in eternity.

At the moment things do not sound severe, but please lift him up in prayer, and ask our Heavenly Father to deliver him out of this plight and in doing so restore to him the faith he has forgotten. Thank you so much for bearing with my request, and God bless.
